In these areas, technology amplifies human capability rather than replacing it.<\/p>\n<h2>Continuous Learning as a Strategic Imperative<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Research consistently shows that the greatest risk is not the technology itself, but that employees may be unable to update their skills quickly enough. The lifespan of technical skills continues to shrink, making initial education alone insufficient.
