PRAXI is renewing its collaboration with l’Adige for the People First Award, one of the four categories of the l’Adige Prize dedicated to leading figures in the Trentino economy.
Now in its third edition and included this year in the newspaper’s 80th-anniversary celebrations, the l’Adige Prize highlights entrepreneurs, managers and emerging organizations that contribute to the sustainable development of the region. Alongside the Entrepreneur/Manager of the Year, Startup of the Year and Emerging Manager categories, the People First Award — created in partnership with PRAXI — recognizes companies that genuinely put people at the center by continuously investing in:
- organizational well-being
- skills development
- inclusion and welfare
- talent growth
This recognition is perfectly aligned with PRAXI’s vision, which has always supported organizations in strengthening cultures, leadership and systems focused on human potential.
Applications Now Open
Nominations for all categories of the l’Adige Prize are open until December 31, 2025.
To participate, simply send an email to manager@ladige.it indicating:
- The name of the candidate or company
- The reference category
- Motivations, results and the impact achieved
Winners will be announced on Thursday, March 5, 2026, during a public event featuring a prominent figure from the national business community.
