Gender Equality and Inclusion

PRAXI has adopted a Gender Equality Management System in accordance with UNI/PdR 125:2022. The certification and Gender Equality Policy guide our organisational choices, helping to create a fairer, more sustainable workplace that supports the growth and development of our people.

Whistleblowing

Our whistleblowing system allows employees and external collaborators to report unlawful or unethical conduct concerning the company, in full confidentiality and with assurance of protection against any form of retaliation.

PRAXI has adopted an Information Security Management System in accordance with UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 27001:2024. The certification and Information Security Policy guide our approach to data protection and cybersecurity risk management, helping to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
