PRAXI renewed its collaboration with l’Adige for the People First Award, one of the four categories of the l’Adige Prize dedicated to leading figures in the Trentino economy.
Now in its third edition and included this year in the newspaper’s 80th-anniversary celebrations, the l’Adige Prize highlighted entrepreneurs, managers and emerging organizations that contribute to the sustainable development of the region. Alongside the Entrepreneur/Manager of the Year, Startup of the Year and Emerging Manager categories, the People First Award — created in partnership with PRAXI — recognized companies that genuinely put people at the center by continuously investing in:
- organizational well-being
- skills development
- inclusion and welfare
- talent growth
This recognition was fully aligned with PRAXI’s vision, which has long supported organizations in strengthening cultures, leadership and systems focused on human potential.

The award ceremony took place on March 5 at Cantine Rotari in Mezzocorona, bringing together representatives from the region’s business, institutional, and academic communities.
During the evening, the People First Award was presented to Itas Assicurazioni, recognized for its commitment to people’s well-being, skills development, and the creation of inclusive and sustainable workplaces.
