Italian Public Administration is called to a profound transformation. Leading it are public managers, key players not only in selecting talent but also in promoting a culture of continuous learning.

Directive 1855/2025, issued by the Minister for Public Administration, made training a performance goal, setting a specific target: at least 40 hours per year of training per capita and measurable in impacts.

PRAXI supports administrations in designing training paths that are effective, measurable and fully integrated with strategic objectives.

Training for today’s PA

We have developed a training offering designed to meet the new needs of the PA, consistent with the latest guidelines-Training Directive, competency framework for the sector, guidelines for executive selection-and geared toward generating measurable public value.

  2. Pathways for Executives
  3. Pathways for Human Resources and Training Referrers.
  4. Goal Based Pathways

All solutions are customizable and also available, upon request, in interactive e-learning mode, compatible with major LMS platforms.
