After previous editions, Recruiting Pro returns to Padua with an established format to accompany HR professionals in a reinterpretation and reinforcement of the selection process.
Two distinct and complementary workshops focused on two key steps:
- The ability to structure the process, manage critical issues and conduct effective evaluations;
- deeper reading of candidates, through the analysis of motivational levers and the use of tests and instruments.

The format
We will alternate between theoretical moments and practical workshops, so that you can experience the skills acquired right away.
The two meetings are independent: you can attend both or choose the one that best suits your needs.
