The Pay Transparency Act is reshaping the relationship between business and people, introducing binding obligations on pay policies, transparent access to pay data and new compliance.
Pending the approval of the decree transposing EU Directive 2023/970, expected by June 7, organizations can act now by setting up an integrated process that considers economic, labor, organizational and relational aspects so as to maximize the benefits.
The meeting, offered on two dates and locations, will provide an opportunity for framing and sharing best practices to understand how to turn a regulatory compliance into a lever of competitiveness, trust and organizational well-being.
