Pay Transparency: From Regulatory Mandate to Competitive Advantage

This event will be in Italian

EU Directive 2023/970 – Pay Transparency Act has reshaped the relationship between businesses and individuals, introducing binding obligations regarding pay policies, transparent access to pay data, new requirements, and greater involvement of social partners.

While awaiting implementation in Italy, which will also define the statute of limitations for work-related credits, organizations can act immediately by establishing an integrated process that considers economic, labor law, organizational, and relational aspects to maximize its benefits.

The meeting will be an opportunity to discuss and share best practices, to understand how to transform regulatory compliance into a lever for competitiveness, trust, and organizational well-being.

You can submit your questions in advance using the registration form, so we can focus the discussion on the topics of greatest interest.

Why participate

  • know the state of the art from a legal, economic and technical perspective
  • share an integrated working methodology in process logic
  • Rethinking the Total Reward model in light of new regulations
  • identify how to maximize the benefit and prevent the risks
  • esplorare le sfide culturali legate alla trasparenza retributiva

The meeting will conclude with a light lunch, allowing for continued discussion in an informal, social setting.

Conference valid for the purposes of the F.C.O.

  • Three training credits are awarded to members of the Order of Labor Consultants.

To obtain accreditation, please present your DUI identification card at the reception desk.
